We have a Colving home in Oslo, Norway. The address is Nordahl Bruns Gate 5, Oslo. We call it NB5.
Our standard room is 14sqm. If one considers the shared common spaces, each resident has a total of 25sqm. to enjoy.
At our first home NB5, the bathrooms are shared by two and its up to the community to figure out a good way of sharing.
When you decide to live with Evergreen your home is furnished and the bed is made, upon your arrival. The rent covers basic amenities such as wifi, cleaning of common spaces and refill of basic consumables in kitchen and WC.
Minimum stay is one week. Everything below three months is considered a short stay and differs in price. Anyone staying for three months or longer enjoys our best price.
Our standard home is priced at 9500 pr. month for any stays longer than three months.
At Evergreen we trust you to be a good member of the community, we therefore do not require a deposit/security. You are required to pay up front on a monthly basis and before you can move in, the first month needs to be paid.
